1. Payment by bank deposit
You can pay for your order at one of our partner banks by simply providing the order number and the name on the order.
Proceed with your order on the following accounts:
Once your order has been completed, please deposit the amount in the above account the amount of products you have purchased (including shipping costs) and send us a copy of the deposit including your name and your order number via e-mail at [email protected]
If for any reason you can't send us the receipt of payment, please send us an email containing the date of the deposit, the bank of the deposit, the deposit number, the order number, your full name, and a contact number.
Once we receive the receipt of your payment, we will begin the process of your order.
2. Payment via credit card
You can pay by Debit or Credit card, issued by:
- VISA
- MASTERCARD
By entering the Debit/Credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, and CVC2/ CVV2 code. Payment with a card with us is safe and secure, it is done through the DSK Bank payment gateway.
3. Cash on delivery
In the case of cash on delivery, the customers pay for their order to the courier upon delivery of the order.
Cash on Delivery is accepted all over Bulgaria.
For orders over BGN 1,200, a deposit of 30% of the order value is mandatory.
This method does not require a credit card or bank account but creates a commitment to accepting the order.
The order can be paid by cash on delivery or by credit card.
ⓘ For orders with delivery in the province of Bulgaria, a prepayment of the entire order is required.
