Enhancing the convenience and the experience of our customers, we are offering you flexible payment options through our online store www.polihome.bg.
1. Payment by bank deposit
You can pay for your order at one of our partner banks by simply providing the order number and the name on the order.
Proceed with your order on the following accounts:
Once your order has been completed, please deposit the amount in the above account the amount of products you have purchased (including shipping costs) and send us a copy of the deposit including your name and your order number via e-mail at sales@polihome.bg
If for any reason you can't send us the receipt of payment, please send us an email containing the date of the deposit, the bank of the deposit, the deposit number, the order number, your full name, and a contact number.
Once we receive the receipt of your payment, we will begin the process of your order.
2. Payment via credit card
You can pay by Debit or Credit card, issued by:
- VISA
- MASTERCARD
By entering the Debit/Credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, and CVC2/ CVV2 code. Payment with a card with us is safe and secure, it is done through the DSK Bank payment gateway.
3. Payment via TBI Bank
Customers may choose to pay for their order through TBI Bank’s installment financing service. Upon selecting this option at checkout, the customer is redirected to TBI Bank’s secure platform to complete the loan application and digital agreement. After approval, TBI Bank transfers the financed amount directly to Polihome, and the customer repays the installments to TBI Bank according to the terms of the loan contract. Payments can range from BGN 40 up to BGN 30,000, with flexible repayment options of 3, to 60 monthly installments depending on the total amount.
