External aluminum case with write protection for HDD/SSD 2.5" SATA with USB 3.0 connection and protective silicone casing. External aluminum case for 2.5" hard drives and SSD, with light weight and high quality construction with additional case protection from silicone. The discreet write protection switch, on the side of the case, is an additional useful feature, which protects your data from accidental deletion. With write protection enabled, data can only be read or copied, but never deleted or modified. The write protection feature is extremely important these days, as it not only protects your files from being accidentally deleted or modified, but in addition, when enabled, your files are also protected from virus infection. Finally, it is extremely important that it accepts 2.5'' HDD, with a maximum height of up to 15mm!
